Γεννήθηκε στην Ελλάδα το 1966. Είναι διπλωματούχος της Σχολής Προπονητών Kickboxing (κατ. Γ') της Γενικής Γραμματείας Αθλητισμού και κάτοχος του 5ου Dan του Kickboxing στα αγωνιστικά στυλ Full Contact, Low Kick, K-1 Rules, Light Contact, Kick Light, από την Πανελλήνια Ομοσπονδία Kickboxing και τη World Association of Kickboxing Organizations.
Έχει συμμετάσχει σε μεγάλο αριθμό σεμιναρίων, παγκόσμιων πρωταθλητών Kickboxing, Προπονητών/Κριτών και Πυγμαχίας. Η διαδρομή του στο χώρο των πολεμικών τεχνών και των μαχητικών αθλημάτων ξεκίνησε το 1983, αρχικά με Shotokan, μετέπειτα με Judo, στη συνέχεια και κατά τη μεγαλύτερη διάρκειά της με Kickboxing και Πυγμαχία. Δάσκαλός του από το 2006 έως και σήμερα είναι ο Νίκος Ασκητής.
He was born in Greece in 1966. He is a graduate of Kickboxing Coaches School (cat.C) of General Secretariat of Sports and holder of the 5th Dan of Kickboxing in the competition styles Full Contact, Low Kick, K-1 Rules, Light Contact, Kick Light, from the Panhellenic Kickboxing Federation and the World Association of Kickboxing Organizations.
He has participated in a large number of seminars of Kickboxing world champions, Trainers/Judges and Boxing. His journey in the field of martial arts and combat sports began in 1983, initially with Shotokan, later with Judo, then and during its longest period with Kickboxing and Boxing. His Sensei from 2006 until today is Nikos Askitis.
